Is my company's data really isolated from other tenants?
Yes — enforced at the database layer via PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, not just application-level filtering. Even in the event of an application bug, a query cannot return another company's rows.
Can we migrate from our current HR system?
Yes. The setup wizard walks you through company profile, org structure, leave policy and payroll basics, and you can invite employees via CSV upload or invite links — no manual record-by-record entry required.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Employee documents follow a defined retention lifecycle (active → retained → archived) rather than being deleted immediately — retention periods are configurable per company for compliance requirements.
How does the AI agent access our HR data?
Each AI agent is role-scoped to the module it's embedded in — the Payroll agent only sees payroll context, the Recruitment agent only sees recruitment context — and company admins can disable any individual agent entirely.
Do you support companies outside India?
